i love this piece, thank you. i definitely have a travel itch, always by shoestring lol . I once even owned a backpacker hostel — which is when i began to have awful realizations about what my presence, and the presence of ANY tourists there (Lake Atitlan, Guatemala) had done — none of which has been good.
