this right here. i “got mad at Medium" for a second, even cancelled my Membership — until I noticed I was actually ENJOYING a lot of what I was seeing on the “newer" Medium lately — better writing, less growth-hacking, less frenzied over-posting, etc. The sad thing is that a lot of this doesn’t actually come from “my network" and so i’ll be following behind you in unfollowing many and just embracing the changes Medium is making. It actually heavily influenced my returning to school, and can encourage better writing from me, too, when I have the time to dedicate to it again.

I don’t really have the time to produce anything of quality for Medium at the moment, at all— I am writing lots of papers, etc., for school , and enjoying the hiatus and just being a reader…
