we are also a lot more “connected” — we’re hearing about it more, and we’re also hearing about everything else, MORE — all the catastrophes, species going extinct, places destroyed, etc… i can’t say the thought hasn’t crossed my mind a few times… i do have a little girl, however, and honestly, she’s probably the biggest reason i’m still here. can’t fathom doing that to her.
