I have seen Confederate flags flown proudly in the following states: Oregon, Washington, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee, Kentucky, Indiana, Minnesota, Wyoming, Kansas, South Dakota, Iowa, Missouri, Ohio, West Virginia, Delaware, Pennsylvania, New York, Maine, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Alabama, Mississippi, Texas, Nevada, Florida. (It is more than likely they’re being flown proudly in the other states I have been to, but I did not see them with my own eyes.) I have had a man in a pickup truck yell “White power!” at me in Michigan.
